Terms & Conditions

Shipping time

I strive to ship orders as swiftly as possible. This means deliveries to Finland within 3–5 working days of receiving them. At peak times (campaigns, launches and public holidays), shipping times may be slightly longer. 

I deliver orders abroad within 1–14 working days depending on the destination country.

Please note that I cannot guarantee for any of the above shipping times. While I send the items as soon as possible, the actual shipping times depends on the couriers, border and toll officials in the respective countries.

Shipping method and charges

Shipping charges include postage and packing costs. The shipping charges are automatically added to the total price when you place an order. If any of the items you have ordered are sold out, I will contact you immediately.


If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact me, linda@septmbr.co, as soon as possible.
I reserve the right to change shipping methods during campaigns. In campaigns with free shipping, we reserve the right to select the most inexpensive method.


The shipping charges depend on both the weight and volume of the order. The shipping charges are based on the current postal rates. The shipping charges for orders in Finland start from €6.

Payment methods

You pay for the items and their shipping when placing your order. The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

All prices in the shop include 24% VAT according to Finnish tax guidelines. Outside of the EU, you may be responsible for paying possible customs, local VAT and similar expenses in your own country.

Exchange and Return Policy

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 14 day exchange and return policy for all of our items starting from the date of receiving the item in question. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Paypal payments concerning returns are handled through PayPal Holdings, Inc. With credit card payments, the money is returned directly to the card in question (for example Visa, Mastercard).

If you wish to make a return, please be in contact linda@septmbr.co. It takes approximately two weeks to process returns. I strive to process returns as swiftly as possible.

Problems with shipping and faulty items

If an item has gone missing during shipment, is faulty or the wrong item has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify immediately linda@septmbr.co. The notification regarding an incorrect delivery or a faulty item must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If the parcel has been damaged during shipment, a complaint regarding the damaged item must be placed immediately to the courier company.
